Client problem statement | West 4th Ave storefront is due for paint maintenance. It is also in need of a visual makeover to better align the look of the building exterior with the showroom brand.

The showroom storefront lacks visual interest and character. Its lacklustre exterior is disconnected from the sophisticated products and the high-end brand of the showroom. The exterior of the building structure is due for paint maintenance.

During the initial consultation with the owner, we learned the brand’s story, its philosophy and aesthetic and the owner’s creative vision for its future.

It quickly became apparent that the storefront makeover should include other exterior walls of the building. This way, the showroom's exterior could be transformed into one continuous canvas visually communicating the distinct aesthetic of the showroom products through a series of murals.

This project would freshen up the tired exterior of the building, create a powerful & memorable impression on the patrons, set the building off from the drab industrial environment and turn it into a landmark site.
